Job summary

You will drive issue resolution, analyze data from inspections, returns, and support, and collaborate with Design Engineering to meet customer requirements and implement improvement programs; leadership and mentoring are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years with continuous improvement methodologies, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor others and demonstrate leadership.
• Experience leading quality improvement across product life cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to drive quality and reliability across product life cycle.
• Review customer quality data and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze data from inspections, returns, and support to improve processes.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to meet customer requirements (PPAP, FMEA).
• Support statistical analysis to meet operations and supplier requirements.
• Provide training in continuous improvement and quality tools.
• Lead supplier quality issue resolution with Global Supply Chain.
• Guide cross-functional teams in design reviews and reliability activities.
