Job summary

Social Impact, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a full-time Team Leader to serve as the main interlocutor between the COR and Social Impact staff. This role blends managerial oversight with technical contract duties to ensure quality and compliance across security assistance programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in international relations, political science, economics, management, or related field is required.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience working with US Government staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main Point of Contact between the COR and Social Impact staff.
• Manage US Government security assistance programs (Foreign Military Financing, International Military Education and Training, National Security Engagement Account) to include obligation/execution, spend plan development, and interagency coordination.
• Supervise contract staff, ensuring performance, time/attendance, and human resource duties.
• Provide critical technical advisory contract tasks including advising and reviewing deliverables for quality.
• Provide semi-annual briefings on major items accomplished.
