This is a Work From Home Job.

Skill: Fluent communication in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam & English.

Responsibilities :

• Understanding client’s queries and providing them solutions
• Provide Training and equip new customers with the videos and other training
• Follow up with new customers and help them navigate any difficulties they are
• Taking a follow-up of inactive clients
• Following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Introduce existing customers to newer and advanced features
• Working patiently and politely with clients
• Work closely with Customer Support and Sales team to onboard a new Pharmacy on the platform
• Maintaining quality of work and doing proper logging of work in HubSpot Giving quality feedback to improve customer service
