Rosecrance Harrison Campus is seeking a Supervisory Clinician to lead a multidisciplinary team and supervise clinical and administrative aspects of residential behavioral health services for adults and adolescents.

The role focuses on ethical, evidence-based care, crisis intervention, and treatment planning, ensuring continuity of care and staff mentorship in everyday practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling or related behavioral health field.
• CADC credential.
• Illinois licensure as LPC or LSW preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication; public speaking preferred.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to complete documentation within prescribed time frames.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency insurance requirements.
• Belief in Rosecrance’s mission and vision.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direction for residential services.
• Supervise direct care staff clinically and administratively.
• Review and sign required clinical documentation promptly.
• Engage clients and families in treatment services.

Position Summary

This supervisory clinical role supports a multidisciplinary team, delivering behavioral health treatment for co-occurring and primary mental health disorders among adults and adolescents. The supervisor ensures continuity of care through ethical and safe practices that meet regulatory standards, actively integrates recovery into daily life, and mentors staff in crisis intervention, treatment planning, and milieu management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related behavioral health field.
• Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor (CADC) credential.
• Licensed in Illinois as an LPC or LSW (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills; public speaking experience preferred.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to complete required documentation within prescribed time frames.
• Self‑starter who can work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency insurance requirements.

Schedule

• Hours: 11:00 am‑7:30 pm, Sunday – Thursday.
• Shift: 2nd.

Rosecrance Harrison Campus.

Compensation & Rewards

• Starting Pay: $27.70 /hr.
