Norwood in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide a residential care home for adults with learning disabilities. You will lead from the front, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and safe, smooth operations.

You will coach and mentor Support Workers to maximise team performance, develop care plans with independence and choice, and oversee recruitment, training and supervision of staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential care leadership or management.
• Knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding.
• People management and mentoring skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
• Coach, mentor and develop Support Workers to maximise team performance.
• Ensure care plans are tailored, up to date, and promote independence and choice.
• Embed person-centred practice across the service.
• Support recruitment, training and supervision of staff.
• Assist with day-to-day operations including rotas and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records in line with legislative requirements.
• Promote dignity, inclusion, and active participation within the community.
