Qualifications

• NVQ3 in care completed or in progress.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Experience in running a care unit and supporting with nurse-led clinical duties.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day responsibility for running a unit.
• Support with clinical duties including medication and care plan reviews.
• Lead and supervise a team of Care Assistants and manage shift handovers.
• Assist residents with personal care and build relationships with residents and families.
