You will promote person-centred care, oversee daily activities, and ensure high-quality, compassionate support for residents.

The role requires NVQ3 in care (or current pursuit) and a genuine passion for improving lives, with training on new digital care systems and ongoing professional development provided

Qualifications

• NVQ3 in care completed or in progress.
• Previous experience in similar care role.
• Passion for making a difference to residents.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day responsibility for running a unit.
• Support with clinical duties and medication observations.
• Lead and manage a team of Care Assistants.
• Train and supervise new staff members.
• Build relationships with residents and families.
• Assist residents with personal care duties.
