Drawn together by a shared passion for our customers and a spirit of fun, we deliver high-quality home furnishings that are expertly designed, responsibly sourced, and bring beauty and function to people’s homes. From our first store opening in Chicago in 1962 to today’s digital innovations engaging millions, our iconic brand has a nearly 60-year story that is still unfolding.

We’re here for it. We think you should be too. We’re looking for a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join our team as a Team Leader, Operations.

Supporting the Assistant Store Leader, Operations, and Assistant Store Leader, Visual, you will lead, plan, perform, and supervise the merchandising/stock team, shifting focus and scheduling as needed to put visual plans into action. You will ensure products on the sales floor are well-stocked and ready for customers, and maintain an organized, efficient stockroom. As both a mentor and leader to Merchandising/Stock Associates, you will communicate the overall design vision, provide feedback, and lead by example. Your excellent communication skills will also ensure collaboration with the sales team to maintain visual and operational excellence.

  • Promote and drive sales by maintaining current product knowledge.
  • Review KPI results with the Assistant Store Leaders to identify opportunities and corrective actions.
  • Communicate regularly with the functional Assistant Store Leader to review business results, plans, customer feedback, and associate performance.
  • Ensure all customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service by setting expectations and modeling behaviors.
