About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Billing Operations Team Leader to join our organization. This role will primarily focus on ensuring the accuracy of billing processes, supporting compliance initiatives, and driving operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize workflows and improve overall billing operations. A strong analytical approach, deep expertise in billing operations, and one who can manage sophisticated billing scenarios are essential. Proven leadership capabilities are also critical for success in this role.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is 90,000 - 110,000 USD annually.
We offer a competitive base salary and benefits including: health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave benefits. This role is eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.
