We’re hiring a Special Event Team Leader to oversee teams of staff operating at various events, including major sporting and concert venues as well as remote sites. This is a PART-TIME position with immediate start.

Location: Nationwide

Responsibilities include:

• Leading staff and acting as a shift lead when needed.
• Interacting with internal and venue staff to ensure quality patient care and safety.
• Training, evaluating, and remediating team members.
• Developing site and emergency plans.
• Providing exemplary patient care and customer service.
• Managing scene and scene logistics, including driving vehicles as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Mentoring staff and conducting performance evaluations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old.
• 2-3 years of EMT field experience, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current EMT certification, CPR, BLS, and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of protocols and safety procedures.
