Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems is seeking a Team Lead to guide a group of 8-12 teammates on the production floor. You will lead pre-shift meetings, enforce safety, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement with the Group Leader.

Proficiency with SAP and strong communication are essential for success. You will report to the Group Leader and participate in KPI tracking, safety audits, and shift-to-shift coordination to ensure quality and on-time production.

Qualifications

• Prior experience leading others in a work or volunteer capacity.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes preferred.
• Must have a genuine people-centric mindset and servant leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pre-shift meetings to update the team on safety, quality, HR, and production goals.
• Ensure all team members follow safety procedures and obtain PPE when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement ideas.
• Escalate production issues to the Group Leader and maintain KPI metrics.
• Create and audit Team Member Standard Work and perform 5S, Dupont, and work stacks.
