Chick-fil-A in Layton, Utah is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership in operations and to coach and develop team members. The role focuses on running the restaurant smoothly, leading shifts, and modeling exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The Team Leader will help with training, set daily tone, and ensure accountability across the team, while upholding Chick-fil-A’s culture and values.

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to guests' needs.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day.
