Wing Shack is hiring a Front of House Team Leader in Colorado. You will lead daily operations, train staff, and ensure high-energy guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage scheduling, onboarding, coaching, and brand standards while delivering exceptional service. The role includes handling inventory, money, and POS tasks, with opportunities to advance into management as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to shifts.
• Availability including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to perform all essential duties as trained.
• Leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• 2–3 years restaurant experience required.
• 1–3 years restaurant leadership required.
• Experience in front-of-house service required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold service and quality standards.
• Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and coverage during peak times.
• Onboard new hires and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper storage.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and POS procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment.
• Step into management as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR TIPS IN OUR TIP POOL.

Our team averages $3.50-$6.00 per hour plus the base rate of $16.50-19.00 per hour.

What you'll do

• As a Team Leader, you'll act as the right-hand to the management team, helping run daily operations and keeping the Wing Shack energy high. You'll:
• • Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold Wing Shack's standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
  • Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
  • Support the onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Help monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper food and beverage storage.
  • Oversee cash handling, deposits, and accurate POS procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment in accordance with company, local, and federal guidelines.
  • Step into the manager role when needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation plan to and from shifts as scheduled
• Availability that aligns with company and restaurant needs (nights, weekends, holidays as required)
• Able to perform all essential job functions as detailed in training and job description
• Demonstrated leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred
• 2-3 years of restaurant experience required.
• 1-3 years of restaurant leadership required.
• Experience in both front-of-house (service) is required.
