Job summary

Miller Industries is seeking a Team Leader | Installation Tech | Mechanic to oversee the installation of towing equipment, lead a manufacturing team, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

You will supervise technicians, verify processes, and drive on-time production while maintaining a safe work environment and proper documentation. The role requires 3–5 years in a lead role and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years as a lead person or in a supervisory role.
• Willingness to pursue continuing education.
• Intermediate computer skills; LN and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify product quality meets customer and internal standards.
• Train team members to maximize equipment use and efficiency.
• Foster engagement and safe working practices.
• Ensure timeliness in meeting customer commitments.
• Assist supervisor with production records and time tracking.
• Establish or adjust procedures to meet production schedules.
