Job summary

Miller Industries is seeking an experienced leadperson to support the supervisor and team leaders in quality, utilization, engagement, safety and timeliness. The role covers frame drilling, electrical and hydraulic installation of towing equipment, and cross-department collaboration.

You will help train staff, ensure production schedules are met, and uphold safety standards in a four 10-hour day environment with opportunities for career advancement and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a lead or supervisor in manufacturing/assembly.
• Willingness to pursue continuing education/training.
• Ability to work four 10-hour days and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the department supervisor and leaders; collaborate across departments.
• Perform frame drilling, electrical and hydraulic installations on towing equipment.
• Train team members to maximize equipment use and safety.
• Ensure timely completion of customer commitments and quality standards.
• Maintain time and production records; adjust procedures to meet schedules.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
