Qualifications

• Hands-on restaurant experience required, minimum 2 years.
• Strong English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist store managers in maintaining a positive store environment.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members.
• Handle guest service, hospitality, and product knowledge.
• Perform POS duties including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Ensure staff coverage and assign duties.
• Promote safe and sanitary work practices.
• Lead by example and ensure compliance with policies.
