Chick-fil-A Hunter's Crossing/West Broadway is seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our 'hands-on' leadership team. You will lead a 10-20 person crew, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold food safety, quality, and speed of service.

In this role you will manage staffing and shift scheduling, coach team members with clear feedback, and collaborate with Restaurant Leaders to deliver exceptional hospitality and operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Leadership experience (Required).
• Availability to open and/or close the restaurant as needed (Required).
• Hospitality experience (preferred).
• Understands and embodies the Chick-fil-A mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10-20+ in daily operations, ensuring food safety, quality, speed of service, and guest experience.
• Manage staffing, productivity, labor, and shift efficiency with a week-long view.
• Motivate and coach team members to exceed standards with a positive, high-energy culture.
• Collaborate with all Restaurant Leaders to ensure seamless operations.
• Train, develop, coach, provide clear actionable feedback and accountability.
• Strong ownership and ability to drive performance across service goals.
• Availability to open and/or close the restaurant as needed.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
