Qualifications

• 2 years of Leadership experience required.
• Availability to open and/or close the restaurant as needed.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Understands and embodies the Chick-fil-A mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10-20+ in daily operations, ensuring food safety, quality, speed of service and guest experience.
• Manage staffing, productivity, labor, and shift efficiency with a week-long view.
• Motivate and coach team members to exceed standards with a positive culture.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Leaders to ensure seamless operations.
• Train, develop, coach, and provide clear actionable feedback and accountability.
• Be detail-oriented and organized, yet flexible and quick-thinking when challenges arise.
• Demonstrate ownership and drive performance across service goals.
