Job summary

CAVA is hiring Team Members in Des Peres to lead daily restaurant operations and uphold the brand values in a fast-paced setting. You will guide a team, promote hospitality, and ensure food safety and quality throughout each shift.

The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and consistent guest experiences, with opportunities for growth within a thriving Mediterranean concept. This is a full-time on-site position at our Des Peres location.

Qualifications

• Coach, develop, and support cross training of Team Members.
• Open and close the restaurant; place food orders; conduct inventory; cash handling.
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure that Team Members follow proper food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues that may arise.
• Deploy practices on scheduled shifts to ensure high service interactions with guests and timely food orders.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop other Team Members to support growth.
