Chick-fil-A Uptown Cleveland is seeking a Team Leader to help run daily operations, foster hospitality, and lead a developing team. You will coach and empower teammates, ensure food safety and quality, and drive guest satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with excellence in a fast-paced environment.
• Coach and develop Team Members.
• Create shift lineups and manage staffing.
• Monitor labor and productivity goals.
• Execute food safety and quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional hospitality in every guest interaction.
• Handle guest recovery and CARES cases professionally.
• Maintain operational excellence and cleanliness.
• Troubleshoot basic operational issues.
• Run smooth transitions between dayparts.
• Count cash drawers and complete end-of-shift procedures.
• Foster a positive, encouraging team culture.
