C&J Industries Inc is seeking a Team Leader to mentor Machine Operators, enforce GMP rules, and ensure quality in our plastics facility. You will train operators, monitor processes, and manage break relief while maintaining room cleanliness and inventory.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; related training welcome.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Ability to write basic correspondence and complete forms accurately.
• Strong communication with internal customers and team members.
• Computer literacy and basic math skills needed.
• Good problem-solving and follow-through with instructions.

Responsibilities

• Train Machine Operators on procedures and specific molding machines.
• Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines and regulations.
• Relieve Machine Operators for breaks as required.
• Monitor particle count in packaging rooms.
• Maintain inventory in clean rooms.
• Read and interpret routers, work orders, and quality plans.
