C&J Industries Inc is a full-service plastic injection molding contract manufacturer and FDA-certified medical device producer. We seek a hands-on operator to set up, adjust, and run molding machines, mount tools, and manage auxiliary equipment in a quality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as specifications, blueprints, job orders, safety rules, procedure manuals, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be willing to work extended work day with minimum notice.
• Ability to apply basic math to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages and volume.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, adjust, and operate plastic injection molding machines to safely produce molded products.
• Mount, align, and secure tools in the molding machines.
• Set-up and adjust necessary auxiliary equipment such as thermolators, robots, EOAT's, and conveyors.
• Report problems and machine malfunctions to the shift supervisor.
