Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Process Technician in plastics/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of plastic processing techniques, machinery and materials.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor plastic processing equipment including injection molding machines.
• Perform start-up and shut-down procedures, ensuring safe, efficient operation.
• Inspect and maintain processing machinery to prevent downtime.
• Troubleshoot process issues to optimize production quality and output.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Document parameters, adjustments, and production reports accurately.
• Collaborate with quality control to meet specifications and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
