Job Summary
A GetGo Team Leader supervises Crew and WetGo Leads and other Team Members. The Team Leader reports to a Supermarket Store Leader. Responsibilities include hiring, training, developing the team, growing sales through coaching, executing merchandising plans, providing excellent customer service, controlling costs, and improving processes.

Job Description

• Experience Required: 3 to 5 years
• Experience Desired: 1-3 years Retail Management or supervisory experience
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

• Interview, select, and train Team Members
• Direct the work of Team Members
• Appraise productivity and recommend promotions
• Handle issues and discipline Team Members
