Job Summary

A GetGo Team Leader supervises Crew and WetGo Leads and other Team Members. The Team Leader reports to a Supermarket Store Leader. Responsibilities include hiring, training, directing, and developing the team, growing sales through coaching, executing merchandising plans, ensuring excellent customer service, controlling costs, and improving processes.

Job Description
  • Experience Required: 3 to 5 years
  • Experience Desired: 1-3 years Retail Management or supervisory experience
  • Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
  • Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age
Job Responsibilities
  • Interview, select, and train Team Members
  • Direct the work of Team Members
  • Appraise productivity and efficiency for promotions or changes in status
  • Handle Team Member issues, including complaints and discipline
  • Plan and assign work
  • Ensure safety and security of Team Members and store
  • Manage department or store budget and inventory
  • Monitor and implement compliance measures
  • Make sound decisions to meet performance targets and maximize sales
  • Support professional development of Team Members
  • Provide feedback and coaching for safety, service, and performance
  • Ensure store conditions meet safety, service, and operational standards
