Overview

As the Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate comprehensive relocation services for corporate clients and their transferring families. This role involves managing a team of relocation consultants and ensuring the seamless delivery of all relocation services required by clients. These services include home marketing assistance, Buyer Value Option (BVO), Guaranteed Buyout (GBO), household goods management, move coordination, home search support, mortgage guidance, temporary living arrangements, employee relocation policy counseling, financial administration, and more. Your leadership will be key in achieving outstanding service outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and supervise a team of relocation consultants, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
  2. Coordinate with the Director of Operations to establish operational goals, strategies, and performance metrics.
  3. Monitor team performance and individual contributions, providing feedback, coaching, and support as needed.
  4. Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and increase operational efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
  6. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into team performance and operational trends.
  7. Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development within the team.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting open communication and teamwork.
  9. Manage the BVO and GBO aging and pre-inventory reports in conjunction with the account managers to improve home sale statistics.
  10. Conduct employee performance reviews in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
  11. Adapt to changing priorities and demanding workloads.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  13. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and performance targets.
  14. Handle escalated operational issues, making quick and effective decisions to maintain continuity.
  15. Develop and deliver presentations to showcase our products and services to clients and suppliers effectively.
  16. Maintain professionalism in all interactions, exceeding expectations with clients and within the organization.
Qualifications
  1. Previous supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to lead and direct others effectively.
  2. Proficiency in managing daily operations and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  3. Positive attitude and personal responsibility, contributing constructively to the department.
  4. Commitment to core values of integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  5. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a Relocation Consultant role or similar.
  6. Proven track record of achieving satisfactory home sale ratios, high customer satisfaction, and meeting referral goals.
  7. Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
  8. CRP designation is encouraged but not required.
