BIBIBOP is seeking a Team Leader to guide daily restaurant operations, coach staff, and ensure outstanding guest service. You’ll lead by example, manage schedules, and uphold quality and safety standards across shifts.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in fast‑casual or retail, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment while building a motivated team and delivering exceptional meals to guests.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Excellent customer service and guest experience focus.
• Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to energize a team.
• Adaptable to shifting schedules and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities
