Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Lead for Sebring, FL. This role supports daily operations at our busy car wash, leading a small team and ensuring excellent customer service.

The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with weekly commission potential and a range of benefits after the introductory period.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Drug Screen and Background Check required.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Part-time or full-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
