Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help run our car wash site and guide daily operations. You’ll lead a small team, ensure a high level of customer service, and assist in staffing and site upkeep.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with potential weekly commission and growth opportunities within the company. Flexible scheduling options may include part-time or full-time roles, depending on the location and needs.

• Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
