Job summary

UPMC Passavant, an ANCC Magnet-designated facility, is seeking a Full-Time Team Lead to join our McCandless location. This role requires availability for rotating weekends and holidays.

Shift: 9am - 5:30pm. You will provide day-to-day support to team members, serve as a point of support in the absence of the shift supervisor, and help ensure cleaning, safety, and sanitation standards while coordinating with hospital departments.

• Provide day-to-day support to team members and assist with coordinating assignments
• Serve as a point of support in the absence of the shift supervisor
• Communicate effectively with departments to meet specific cleaning and service needs
• Ensure work areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor supply and equipment availability to support daily operations
• Adhere to all departmental and hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
