Job summary

UPMC Passavant is seeking a Full-Time Team Lead for our Passavant facility in Pittsburgh. The role requires coordinating daily assignments, supporting the shift supervisor, and ensuring clean, safe, and compliant work areas.

Rotating weekends and holidays are required, with hours from 9am to 5:30pm. This on-site position is based at 9100 Babcock Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA, and includes hospital-wide safety and policy adherence as part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• 2 years relevant experience required.
• Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: Act 34.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to team members and assist with coordinating assignments.
• Serve as a point of support in the absence of the shift supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with departments to meet specific cleaning and service needs.
• Ensure work areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor supply and equipment availability to support daily operations.
• Adhere to all departmental and hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
