Main Line Health is seeking a Team Leader for Environmental Services / Laundry at Bryn Mawr Hospital. You will lead the environmental services team to maintain a clean, safe hospital environment and support staff with training and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes improving patient experience, staff development, and adherence to safety protocols while coordinating shifts and responsibilities across the team.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Environmental Services, preferably in a health care environment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; English communication proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in performing work duties and providing training and knowledge to staff to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Support staff to deliver superior patient experience during the stay.

Position:

Team Leader, Environmental Services / Laundry

Shift:

Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm. Every other weekend and rotating holidays required.

Experience:

• 1 year experience in Environmental Services, preferably in a health care environment, required.

Education:

• 1. High School Diploma / GED preferred.
• 2. Ability to understand/communicate in English, both in writing and verbally to sufficiently perform job requirements required.
