Your upbeat attitude and ability to engage customers keep the sales floor energized and motivate Sales Associates. Under the guidance of the Assistant Store Leader, Design & Trade, you will lead your team to meet and exceed sales goals. You will monitor the sales floor, adjust staffing to ensure personalized customer attention, and serve as a mentor by coaching and developing your team to perform at their best and advance their careers.

Minimum Starting Rate: $21.85 hourly
Up to: $27.31 hourly
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, you may be eligible for bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentives based on your role.
