Job summary

Hattiesburg Clinic seeks a Team Leader to manage data processing bank accounts within our practice management system. You will balance and reconcile accounts, post insurance payments, and report variances to Accounting.

This role also acts as the main support for department employees, providing training and guidance as needed. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong discretion, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Team Leader is responsible for balancing and reconciling all Data Processing bank accounts within the practice management system and communicating any variances to the Accounting Department. In addition, the Team Leader posts insurance payments and assists the department manager with special projects and other departmental needs. This role also serves as the primary point of contact for new department employees, providing training, guidance, and support as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
