Job summary

Hattiesburg Clinic seeks a Team Leader to manage data processing bank accounts within our practice management system. You will balance and reconcile accounts, post insurance payments, and report variances to Accounting.

This role also acts as the main support for department employees, providing training and guidance as needed. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong discretion, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

Balance and reconcile all Data Processing bank accounts within the practice management system.
Communicate variances to the Accounting Department.
Post insurance payments.
Assist the department manager with special projects and other departmental needs.
Serve as the primary contact for new department employees, providing training and support.
