Job summary

Southwest Behavioral Care Inc. in Monessen, PA is seeking a Team Leader to assist the Supervisor 2 with overseeing licensed and non-licensed program activities and coordinating Direct Support Professionals and Specialists to ensure service provision.

The role involves maintaining CRR regulations, staffing management, and resident census oversight, with responsibilities including case management, shift coverage, staff oversight, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, plus 2 years of mental health direct care experience; or high school diploma with 10 years of mental health direct care experience, plus two years in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a caseload proportionate to the supervisory ratio and provides billable case management services to consumers.
• Fill vacant shifts and assist with health and safety of residents.
• Reviews and analyzes staff work related to service delivery.
• Participates in staff development and training on trauma-informed, recovery-focused, integrated care and supervisory techniques.
• Submits release of service-related correspondence and ensures timely preparation of reports and documentation per standards.
• Provides technical assistance to program staff.
• Participates in residential on-call rotation.
• Performs utilization review for managed care standards.
• Other duties as required.
• Adheres to all laws, regulations and ethics/confidentiality policies.
