Job summary

S:US is seeking a Team Leader in New York to oversee a small team of licensed and non-licensed staff, deliver direct behavioral health services, and coordinate therapeutic programs.

You will develop treatment plans, supervise staff, ensure compliance with certifications, and engage consumers through assessments, counseling, and crisis management. A Master’s degree and state licensure are required, with two years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, or a related field.
• LMSW, LCSW, LMHC required.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• At least two years of supervisory/management experience in human services; clinical experience in crisis assessment and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates admission, treatment and discharge processes.
• Implements and coordinates clinical services; ensures standards and policy compliance.
• Leads team meetings and staff development; evaluates performance and handles grievances.
