Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Team Leader - Bartender / Cashier to support beverage outlets and assist the Bar Manager in delivering courteous, professional service at our property.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality or tourism management background with at least 2 years in hotel operations and strong customer service and interpersonal skills. This position is based at a Hyatt property in the United States, with focus on guest satisfaction and outlet efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer and bar service at the hotel's selected beverage outlets.
• Assist the Bar Manager to ensure the outlet is managed efficiently according to the concept statement, providing courteous, professional, flexible service.
