Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Team Leader at the Springfield, MO plant. You will develop equipment and system ownership, ensure effective process execution, and drive loss elimination to achieve key business results.

This role centers on leading a team to meet safety and quality standards while delivering operational goals. You will coach staff on KHMS principles, manage staffing, and foster continuous improvement through daily management routines and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Good oral and written communication skills are a must for this position.
• Typing skills and ability to manipulate data through the use of spreadsheets.
• Must be self-managing or have a history of being a self-starter.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Understand KHMS practices (5S, centerline, shift hand-offs, problem solving) and attend daily performance boards.
• Ensure line staffing needs are met.
• Improve the capability of your people.
• Ensure the team is safe and follows GMP and PPE guidelines.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Ensure finished product is produced at the correct quality in a sustainable manner.
• Drive Continuous Improvement of systems and results.
• Accountable for Safety, Health and Environmental systems and standards.
