The role emphasizes coaching, standard work, and daily management systems across the team. Responsibilities include leading safety and quality initiatives, supporting loss elimination, and ensuring production meets quality standards.

Qualifications

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Typing skills and ability to manipulate data through the use of spreadsheets.
• Must be self-managing or have a history of being a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management System) practices such as 5S, centerline management, shift hand-offs, and problem solving.
• Ensure line staffing needs are met and coach Equipment Owners on the floor.
• Drive PDCA improvement cycles for business results and capability growth.
• Implement standard Daily Direction Setting (DDS) cycle and enforce adherence to standards.
• Lead safety, quality fundamentals, and incident investigations to prevent recurrence.
• Support loss analysis and supply chain improvements to reduce waste and losses.
