Overview:
The Production Team Leader plays a critical role in supporting daily operations and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement on the production floor. Acting as a working leader, this role is responsible for coordinating production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing day-to-day guidance to team members. The Production Team Leader models Delta Faucet Company’s core values by setting expectations, communicating clearly, and maintaining a focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) metrics.
