Job summary

Chick-fil-A Williston is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership in daily operations and coach team members. This role focuses on keeping the restaurant running smoothly and upholding our service standards in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants should demonstrate strong character, excellent people and communication skills, and a genuine desire to serve guests. The position offers flexible scheduling, leadership growth, and a competitive pay structure in a Grand Opening location.

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant

• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day

A Team Leader is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a heart for serving others. They have a passion for people, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. This is a leadership position. Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow. (Please note: This location is a 'Grand Opening' restaurant. Thus, applications are now open, but we will not begin conducting in-person interviews the week of October 5th & beyond)

Team Leader Responsibilities:
