Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader for Chef & Brewer pubs. You’ll lead by example, support the shift, and ensure high standards and happy customers.

• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

• Support managers and step in during absences to maintain service standards.
