Greene King is looking for a Team Leader in Postwick, England, to inspire and lead a vibrant team in delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-pressure situations. As a Team Leader, you will ensure the team has all the support needed to provide a memorable experience for every customer, while also maintaining the highest standards in service and bar safety. As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.
