Job summary

Metro Pubs is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring high standards and exceptional customer service. You will support the management team, coordinate the team, and keep the bar safe and welcoming for guests.

Ideal candidates will lead by example, adapt to changing demands, and maintain a positive, collaborative atmosphere across staff and customers alike.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to ensure smooth service.
• Keep the bar area safe, legal, and clean, addressing issues quickly and safely.
