Position: Sales Team Leader, JACK & JONES

Reports to: Store Manager

Location: McArthur Glen Outlet

Job Type: Part-Time

Salary: $19/h

What you'll do:

• Lead and inspire a team to create an energetic and positive shopping experience.
• Drive sales, meet targets, and ensure customers keep coming back for more.
• Provide top-notch customer service that leaves every customer smiling.
• Manage store floor stock, ensuring it is always on point and the store looks sharp and visually appealing.
• Stay updated with JACK & JONES' products and exciting store promotions.

What it takes:

• Minimum of 1-2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience demonstrating leadership and drive.
• Strong visual merchandising skills that make products appealing and encourage purchases.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to get things done.
• Excellent team player with a positive attitude and contagious vibes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Availability on weekends and during sales blackout periods.
