Saint Clare's Health, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join its full-time team in New Jersey. You will provide a full range of treatment services, including counseling, assessment, supervision, and participation in interdisciplinary planning.

We value a Master's in social work or counseling, applicable licensure, and experience with serious mental illness. Strong record-keeping and collaboration with a care team are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in social work or counseling field and license eligibility preferred.
• LPC, LCSW, LSW, LCADC, LMFT, RN or Licensed Psychologist preferred for independent practice.
• Three years post graduate clinical counseling or related experience required.

Responsibilities

Provides a full range of mental health treatment services including counseling, assessment, clinical supervision of staff, and participation in interdisciplinary treatment team planning, record keeping, consultation and education. Provides care to persons with a serious mental illness requiring assertive community treatment. Works to create a climate that encourages the establishment of team identity.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

• Three years post graduate clinical counseling or related experience required and experience with persons with serious and persistent mental illness. The ages of patients served will be considered in selecting and assigning staff for the position. Licensed required for MSW?s.
• LPC, LCSW, LSW, LCADC, LMFT, RN or Licensed Psychologist Preferred for Independent Practice.
• Master's Degree in social work or counseling field, and license eligibility preferred. If license eligibility required by program, proof from educational institution needed.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Defensive Driving Course within 3 months of hire and/or transfer

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $22.00 to $38.50. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
