Saint Clare's Health in Boonton Township, NJ, is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide counseling, assessments, and supervision within a multidisciplinary team. The role supports high-quality, compassionate care across the network.

This position focuses on care for individuals with serious mental illness, participation in planning, record keeping, and education, with strong emphasis on community-based treatment and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Three years post graduate clinical counseling or related experience.
• License required for MSW's.
• LPC, LCSW, LSW, LCADC, LMFT, RN or Licensed Psychologist preferred for Independent Practice.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Defensive Driving Course within 3 months of hire and/or transfer

Education and Work Experience

• Three years post graduate clinical counseling or related experience required and experience with persons with serious and persistent mental illness. The ages of patients served will be considered in selecting and assigning staff for the position. Licensed required for MSW?s.
• LPC, LCSW, LSW, LCADC, LMFT, RN or Licensed Psychologist Preferred for Independent Practice.
• Master's Degree in social work or counseling field, and license eligibility preferred. If license eligibility required by program, proof from educational institution needed.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Defensive Driving Course within 3 months of hire and/or transfer

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $22.00 to $38.50. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
