Job summary

Workstream seeks a Team Leader to support daily operations in a fast-paced Indianapolis environment, upholding guest‑centric service and accountability for the team. This role emphasizes leading by example, coaching teammates, and ensuring smooth shift execution to maintain our hospitality standards.

You will open/close, lead shifts, and supervise daily tasks while fostering teamwork and a positive guest experience, with a focus on service excellence and accountability.

• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day

Job description

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
