Job summary

Chick-fil-A West Midland FSU is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to guide a talented shift and drive exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant.

You’ll lead with Servant-Heart, train new hires, manage shifts, and collaborate with Operators and Leaders while enjoying a supportive, people-focused environment and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required.
• Must have a bright smile and maintain eye contact.
• Speak enthusiastically and create emotional connections with guests.
• Lead with Servant-Heart.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people skills and a desire to serve.

Responsibilities
